For so many people, a surprising blessing of this year has been the discovery that a Bikram Yoga practice is entirely portable. Every time you get on your mat at home, you remind yourself that, no matter how much else has changed, you hold the keys to your physical and mental wellbeing. Regardless of access to a hot room. Keep reading below, and check out FAQ Here. We've worked hard this year to keep Home going, guided by our vision of happy, healthy people lovingly connected to themselves, each other and the world.
In order to continue, the time has come for us to stop paying rent and expenses on a studio we are not allowed to fill. Only when we do that, can we focus our energy and resources on connecting you with the benefits of Bikram Yoga and a yoga community, in the place where it needs to happen for now: the interwebs! That's why Home Hot Yoga will not be reopening our brick and mortar location after the current shutdown. Instead, we will keep our classes and community completely online. Practicing Bikram Yoga, we've learned to try the right way- even when it's hard. We know this way is right. And it is definitely hard, because it involves letting go of a place which has brought us so much happiness. So we are giving ourselves permission to be sad. Please also give yourself permission to be sad. This is sad! And it will be OK. Your yoga practice doesn’t depend on a hot room. The skills you’ve learned are yours to keep forever. The friends you made at yoga are still your friends. Home is wherever you are. We know you may have questions! Click here for FAQ, and of course feel free to reach out if there’s anything else you’d like to know. We miss you. We love you. And we’ll see you soon- online!

Wishing you the all best for future endeavors. 10 years of yoga and Home was my favorite studio I’ve practiced at. I always felt welcome. Each staff member treated me like I had been coming there for years. I brought my dad in (first time doing yoga together!) and the staff answered ‘first timer’ questions with patience in a non condescending manner. I really appreciated the genuine kindness, the great instructors and the positive atmosphere. Thank you! Take care.

I share our collective sadness about this news, but it makes sense. I appreciate all HHY has given to me and to the yoga community! This is THE BEST studio!! I also appreciate your intense efforts to keep the brick and mortar studio going as long as you could. I look forward to continuing to practice with the wonders of modern technology and the support of the teachers & fellow yogis!

Hi, Kay - Just wanted to say thank you to you and Orlo for the wonderful time I had practicing and teaching at Home! Your mentorship and encouragement has been a blessing, I'm confident that the community you both fostered for over 5 years will evolve and thrive in one form or another. Good luck to you and your beautiful family! - Derek
