Private Lessons

A private lesson is an awesome opportunity to have a real-time conversation with your teacher about how you feel during your postures, and address any questions that come up- on the spot.
Private lessons are for everyone!
Just a few goals for a lesson may be:
  1. Learn how to work with a specific injury for optimal healing. 
  2. Understand how instructions given in class apply to your anatomy.
  3. Identify areas for improvement in technique.
  4. Start loving the posture(s) you currently dread.
  5. Learn how to practice without pain or strain.

A private lesson can be beneficial at any time, but especially consider one now if you are experiencing any pain.

Bikram Yoga is a therapeutic practice designed to heal and prevent injury to the physical, mental and spiritual bodies. So if you are experiencing pain during or after class, that's something we need to look at. In your lesson, we'll figure out together the best way for you to approach any areas of pain. 

When you take what you learn 1-on-1 and apply it in your regular class, the results are truly magical!
 
All private lessons are 60 minutes and conducted online with Home's Founder and Lead Bikram Yoga Instructor Kay Dover. We cover as much as we can during the hour- sometimes that means 3 poses, and it almost never means all 26. ;)
