The Basics

If you’ve been practicing at your local Bikram Yoga studio, you've probably taken the consistent 105°F and 40% humidity of the room for granted (or maybe you've even complained about it??) A LOT of planning, materials and equipment are involved in getting and keeping a room that way.

THEREFORE, A NOTE:
The truth is that it may not be possible to get your room up to 105°F and/or 40% humidity. In yoga, we always teach to do your best with the body you have. This guide will help you do your best with the space that you have! Even a bit of added warmth will do wonders for the safety and efficacy of your practice.

5. Do yoga!
