This Small Business Saturday, get your holiday shopping done early with unique handmade gifts, support local artisans and raise $$ and awareness for a great cause.

Classes will be on as usual at 7:30am & 9:30am so you can shop before or after your sweat, plus this event is open to the public so we will be hanging out all day until 4pm!

There will be a raffle for a basket of items donated from our talented vendors: all proceeds will go to Peace in Schools, a local non-profit which provides mindfulness education to high school students.

To sum up: sweat, shop and do GOOD, all without setting foot in one single mall. Shazam!

Orlo wants anyone with a current yoga pass to know: you can bring your dad (or the dad in your life) to Bikram yoga FREE to any class this Sunday, June 16!
If you're a dad of teens (props!!) you can bring your big kids (ages 13+) to class with you for free as well.

Get your stuff together for the party of the year!
​You'll want to bring the following:

1. An ugly sweater to wear (ugliest sweater gets to pick the first number for the White Elephant gift exchange!)
2. A wrapped silly gift for the White Elephant exchange
3. Food to share at the potluck 
4. Your friends and family

Need a refresher on the rules of our gift exchange?
Here are the basics of how we play:

1. Each player brings 1 wrapped gift to add to the pile
2. Players draw numbers to determine what order they will go in (Guest whose sweater is voted the "ugliest" gets to pick the number they want!)
3. Players sit in a circle around the gift pile
4. Player who drew the number "1" selects a gift from the pile, unwraps it and shows everyone
5. Player who drew number "2" can choose to either pick an unwrapped gift from the pile OR steal Player #1's gift. 
6. Each following player gets to either unwrap a new gift or steal any previously opened gift.
7. Anyone who gets their gift stolen gets to do the same – choose a new gift or steal from someone else.
8. After all players have had a turn, Player #1 gets a chance to swap the gift he or she is holding for any other opened gift. Anyone whose gift is stolen may steal from someone else (as long as that person hasn’t been stolen from yet). When someone declines to steal a gift, the game comes to an end.

To keep things moving along, there are a couple of limits on gift swapping:

• A present can only be stolen once per turn, which means players who have a gift stolen from them have to wait to get it back
• A gift can only be stolen twice

We’re teaming up with nonprofit org Viva La Free this Thanksgiving weekend, and here's why: 

Bikram yoga helps you love what you see in the mirror. You should also love what you see in the lobby! A group of young artists from VLF will be painting a gorgeous new mural in the lobby inspired by our yoga, our community and our values. 

Beautification of your space, like beautification of yourself, is empowering. Also empowering? Leading youth to pursue their passions (and teaching them the skills they’ll need to make a living doing what they love!)

To support art, young people and following your dreams, every class Thanksgiving weekend will be by donation, with all proceeds going to Viva La Free.

Not only will you sweat out your stuffing, you’ll get a supercool glimpse into the mural process as the wall unfolds throughout the weekend…
