People. This March, we are so excited to partner with Causely and the Vitamin Angels charity in their efforts to improve the health of children around the world. Every check-in or review for BYSJ on Facebook this month will provide a vitamin to a child who needs them!

Vitamin Angels provides lifesaving vitamins to mothers and children under five at risk of malnutrition — reducing preventable illness, blindness, and death — to create a healthier world. Vitamin A supplements work to strengthen immune systems and fight off life-threatening illnesses for children who don’t have access to foods with vitamin A. It only takes two doses of vitamin A per year to combat the devastating effects of vitamin A deficiency. 

How to do it:

• Check in by clicking the "Check in" option on your Facebook timeline, adding a Location to any post you make and entering Bikram Yoga St. Johns or simply by typing @Bikram Yoga St. Johns into the text of any post. 
• Review us by visiting facebook.com/bikramyogastjohns/ and writing a glowing 5-star review for the studio. (If you don't think we deserve 5 stars, please email us and let us know how we can do better!)
• 1 check in or review per person earns 1 vitamin every 12 hours, so you can check in every day and really stack 'em up for the kids.
