What's a posture clinic, and why should I go?
In a posture clinic, instructors take extra time to explain the Bikram yoga postures in more depth than a regular class allows. Josh will use extra explanation, demonstration, and one-on-one assistance to help you dive deeper into the nuances of your yoga practice. You will see and experience the breakdown of the postures and have plenty of opportunities to ask questions. You will learn the primary objective and benefits of each posture, proper alignment, how to deal with injury, and how to find more depth. Josh is an expert in teaching to all levels, so no matter where you are on your yoga journey, you are sure to gain new enthusiasm for your yoga practice by attending!

Who is Josh Biro, and why should I care?
Josh Biro has over a decade of experience living this yoga – as practitioner, teacher, mentor, seminar leader, studio owner and consultant. Since he and his wife Jenna sold their successful yoga studio in Canada, they’ve been traveling full-time with their kids for the past 2 years, teaching and consulting at over 100 studios throughout Canada, USA, and Mexico as The Nomad Yoga Family. 

What else should I know?
*During the posture clinic the room will be warm but not hot
*Wear light clothing you can stretch in
*Bring a mat, towel & water (and notebook if you wish to take notes)
