Why a Yoga Retreat?

Too many people are just not making time for fun.
They spend a lot of days working, TONS of hours on their phones, and not enough moments connecting with themselves, or other cool people. It makes them feel lonely and stuck. Here at Home Hot Yoga, we have always taken fun seriously. And vacations are supposed to be when you make time for fun! But let's be real: even vacations can be stressful and a lot of times you get back and you want... a freakin' vacay! |

When you join our Home Hot Yoga Retreat we're organizing EVERYthing, so you can focus on relaxation, adventure and kicking this crazy new year off feeling like a zillion bucks.
We'll do Bikram Yoga every day, swim in the sea, eat delicious nutritious food together on a rooftop, make vision boards and C-H-I-L-L.
There will even be a bucket you can dump your phone in for the week if you want to unplug, woohoo!

Boat Trip & SnorkelingPuerto Morelos is near one of the largest barrier reefs in the world! Colorful fish are everywhere.
BruuuuuunnnnchYou'll eat well at Casa Om. The abundant meals are freshly prepared using local ingredients. It's veg, but isn't rabbit food. Special dietary needs are no problema.

After class (and maybe a jump in the sea to rinse!) you head to the rooftop and enjoy a fresh, nourishing vegetarian brunch cooked by Casa Om's chef.
You swing in a hammock with your coffee and enjoy the sea breeze while chatting with your new yoga friends. Awful, right?? Casa Om is world-renowned for their hospitality, plus the owners are hot yogis themselves so they GET us. You will not want to leave. The food.. OOOH MY GOODNESS!!
