Quickies: Shorter Options Inspired by Bikram Yoga
Refresh and energize, in as little as 5 minutes.
Finding 90 minutes to yourself at home may seem as real as a mermaid riding a unicorn! Quickies offer bite-sized helpings of Bikram Yoga poses and sequences. So you can feel strong and relaxed, even if you don’t have tons of time. Most Quickies are perfect for any level of ability. The 35 and 45 minutes classes move at a quicker pace than a regular Bikram Yoga class, so those are better for yogis with at least ten 90-minute classes under their belt. With options from 5-45 minutes, you’ll never be too busy to take care of yourself again! Pregnancy Yoga: During Bikram Yoga or on its Own

Figuring out an exercise routine you can stick with for 3 whole trimesters can be tricky! You want a total-body workout which is soothing for your nerves, while also being low-impact and not too crazy intense. With Rajashree's Pregnancy Yoga, pregnant ladies of all levels of fitness can cultivate the strength, flexibility and balance needed for a healthy, happy pregnancy and labor.
